Your Intuition Is Not a Mystery — It’s a Language You’re Remembering
Many people struggle with the idea that they may be naturally intuitive or psychically sensitive. Not because it isn’t true — but because they’ve never been given a language that feels safe, grounded, and real enough to hold their experience.
Psychic awareness is not something rare or reserved for a special few. It is part of being human.
Most of us have simply been taught to ignore it.
Without a frame of reference, subtle experiences can feel confusing. A sudden knowing. A strong feeling about someone. A sense of being guided, warned, or gently nudged. Without understanding what these moments are, we often dismiss them as imagination, coincidence, or wishful thinking.
And yet, every one of us carries intuitive senses.

Some people are naturally inclined to see — receiving images, colours, or inner visions.
Some are more attuned to hear — noticing inner words, tones, or guidance.
Others are most sensitive through feeling — sensing the emotional or energetic atmosphere of people and places.
These are often called clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience — but the names matter far less than the experience itself. What matters is knowing that these ways of perceiving are natural, not strange, and that each person tends to be stronger in one than the others.
Developing your intuitive gifts is not about forcing visions or chasing experiences. It is about learning to trust what is already quietly present.
And that trust begins with grounding.
When we feel scattered or unsteady, intuition can feel overwhelming or confusing. But when we anchor ourselves in the body, in the breath, in the present moment, our sensitivity becomes a source of clarity rather than fear.
As you begin to notice what you see, hear, or feel intuitively, treat it gently. You don’t need to label everything or understand it straight away. Simply notice. Let meaning reveal itself in its own time.
True intuitive development is not about becoming extraordinary.
It is about becoming more present, more aware, and more compassionate with yourself.
Your sensitivity is not a problem to be fixed.
It is a language you are learning to remember.

I am a living lighthouse of love in this stormy world. Sharon you have helped me recognize my gifts, and trust the process I turn 70 next week. Like you, I have been a student all my life. I have always told my clients that I do nothing that they cannot do themselves. My job is to introduce them to who they really are.( Doesn’t help with repeat business, but I sleep well at night!) I get messages from trees, and animals all the time. Plants and animals in general. I often walk up to strangers and make a comment the comes from??? and they are overwhelmed with gratitude. It is a great gift to see the words that come through me be so important to someone I don’t even know. I am grateful for all of the many classes I have enjoyed with you,
Thank you for your kind words Cherie. I am delighted to be here with you
