Welcome Home to Your Own Wisdom

There comes a moment on every spiritual path when we realise we have not been searching for something outside ourselves at all. Our true wisdom comes from within, gently waiting for us.

We have been searching for home.

Not a physical place, but that quiet, familiar feeling that wisom whispers:

“There you are… I’ve been waiting for you.”

So many people arrive at spiritual teachings believing they must become someone different. They imagine they need to be more enlightened, more gifted, more intuitive or somehow more “spiritual” before they are worthy of walking this path.

Yet the ancient traditions have always taught something very different.

The journey is not about becoming.

It is about remembering.

The Heart of Remembrance

The word remember can be understood in a beautiful way.

It is the gathering together of the scattered pieces of ourselves.

Throughout life we often give away little parts of who we are—to fear, to disappointment, to old stories, to the expectations of others and to the endless demands of modern living.

Slowly, almost without noticing, we forget our own voice.

We forget the wisdom that has always lived within us.

We forget that beneath every title, every success, every challenge and every role we play, there is an Essence that has never been broken.

That Essence has simply been waiting for our return.

Every meditation.

Every mindful breath.

Every journey into stillness.

Every sacred ceremony.

Every moment spent in nature.

Each one is an invitation to remember.

You soul know the way

A Sacred Space

Whenever someone joins one of my courses, whether it is on shamanism, meditation, sacred rites or personal transformation, my deepest intention remains the same.

To create a space where people feel safe enough to simply be themselves.

A place without judgement.

A place without competition.

A place where healing happens naturally because we stop trying to become someone else.

Many years ago, I welcomed students with these simple words:

Here, you are safe.

Here, you are embraced.

Here, you enter into the heart of remembrance.

After all these years, I still believe those words.

Perhaps even more deeply than I did then.

Raising Our Vibration

People often ask what it means to “raise your vibration.”

It is easy to imagine this as reaching some extraordinary spiritual state, but in truth it is often far simpler.

Each time we choose kindness instead of judgement…

Presence instead of distraction…

Gratitude instead of resentment…

Compassion instead of fear…

…our vibration naturally changes.

We become more aligned with who we truly are.

We stop resisting life quite so fiercely.

Instead, we begin working with it.

The world around us may not change overnight, but the way we experience it certainly does.

Living What We Learn

Knowledge alone does not transform us.

Transformation comes through practice.

It comes through sitting quietly even when our minds are busy.

It comes through returning to our breath.

It comes through choosing love one ordinary moment at a time.

This is why I encourage my students to revisit the practices, complete the exercises and allow the teachings to become part of everyday life.

True spirituality is not something we visit occasionally.

It is something we embody.

It is found in how we speak to our loved ones.

How we care for the Earth.

How we respond when life becomes difficult.

How gently we hold ourselves when we make mistakes.

Becoming a Light for Others

One of the greatest misconceptions is that helping the world requires grand gestures.

Sometimes it does.

More often, it begins quietly.

When we heal ourselves, we naturally create more peace around us.

When we become more present, others feel seen.

When we choose love over fear, that choice ripples outward in ways we may never witness.

Your smile.

Your patience.

Your willingness to listen.

Your courage to live authentically.

These are powerful acts of service.

The brightest lights rarely announce themselves.

They simply shine.

It Is Time

There has never been a greater need for people who live from the heart.

Not because they have all the answers.

But because they are willing to meet the world with compassion, wisdom and authenticity.

Perhaps this is why you found your way here.

Not by accident.

But through that quiet inner knowing that there is something more to remember.

If these words resonate with you, I invite you to pause for just a moment today.

Take a slow breath.

Place your hand over your heart.

Ask yourself gently:

“What part of me is ready to come home?”

The answer may not arrive immediately.

But trust that it is already making its way towards you.

And when it does, welcome it with kindness.

You have never truly been lost.

You have simply been bathing in your inner knowing, your inner wisdom and remembering the way home.

May your journey be blessed.

With love,

Sharon Ramel
