Change Is Only Change

Every course you buy, you get instant access to nourish yourself in sacred practice in your own space and time – value this as you radiate your light through your willingness to reside in your hearts. Change comes when we open. Step forward and embody your power – your connection to the source.

As we come together, I invite you into emptiness and presence, releasing everything you no longer need. Live this moment in time – breathe and feel the peace flooding through you. How good it is to be in a sacred space.

“Change is never a loss – it is change only.” ~ Vernon Howard

The great wheel of life is always turning, and changes are always on the horizon with each dawn. Change shows us the wonderful fluid nature of life: that nothing is permanent or static – everything fluctuates. So now is a time to ask yourself:

  • What cycle of change am I going through at the moment?

  • What is being asked of you?

  • What do you need to purge, let go of, change, build, grow, or nurture?

A great way to respond to change is to sit back and observe quietly from your heart. What is happening without reacting? Take note of the changes within your mind, heart, and sacred soul. When a clear picture emerges, then act. Remember there is a difference between reacting and acting and– one is our fearful ridden ego – one is centred in our soul. Spend time connecting with your heart and step back from everything. Meditation, yoga, walking in nature, journaling, singing are all simple ways of reconnecting with your soul.

Go with the dream, the flow, the love and joy of life. Expansion is here – it has started. Dream the seeds of your future.

The Breeze at Dawn (by Rumi)

The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you.
Don’t go back to sleep.

You must ask for what you really want.
Don’t go back to sleep.

People are going back and forth across the doorsill
where the two worlds touch.

The door is round and open.
Don’t go back to sleep.

Shamanism

I was asked about my 13 moon course – “Which astrology and traditional symbols does it follow”?

The simple answer is none. My aim is to start where you are at the first moon and move through. Every place has its rhythm, sacred Rites, animals, spirits, plants. You place what is natural and local for you based on your intuitive knowing of where you live and how you are living your life at present. This allows us to change what needs to change and reside in our truth – rather than the symbols and ways of others.

They do not align astrology – for me to bring in that wisdom, I would also need to bring in our Australian Aboriginal star wisdom (very different from the western version) and the Chinese way and all other cultures ways of viewing the pathway of the heavens.

For me, the 13 moon course is coming home to my centre. My truth, my heart and how I orientate my life – only to start again at the first moon. Life does indeed go round and round. When we open to our truth change happens gently.
