Who DO You Wish To Be

With the craziness that is life, ask yourself, Who Do you wish to be?

How do we measure our life path when distracted and torn in many directions? We must leave behind what is unimportant; otherwise, this lesson will continue to distract us.

Many of us wear worn-out clothing that does not fit our direction and life purpose. Yet we cling to those worn-out stories, that cloak we will not let go. Have you ever wondered why it is hard to let go? This is a question I have often pondered as I listen to the repeated stories everywhere.

Choices

We all have a choice; we are born with free will. However, we are so enamoured by distractions and the pursuit of happiness and abundance 24/7 that we do not see the dark, the underworld, or death – for the gifts it brings. Balance, free will, choice. How are you using it?

Are you seeing that when you dare to leave the old identity, who you were expected to be, that history that never served you, you see once again the light shining out of the darkness as you have dared to die the death of the life that never fitted in the first place?

Be authentic - choose that

 Twice Born

We are twice-born as shamans as we are born of our maternal mother and our mother, Earth. Our mother Earth allows us to journey into the depths that we need to; you will never face anything you cannot deal with – no matter what. We do away with our personal history; we are thankful for it. However, by embracing the gifts of descent when we journey, we emerge to live what is important and are no longer distracted by the trash.

Listen to the whispers of the winds; hear them call you. Dare to listen to the answers – stand out in the wind letting it blow through you… who do you with to be.

“This is what it feels like to be brilliantly achingly alive. Alive in the shatter. Alive in the empty. This is what it is to belong to things we cannot possibly understand. This is what it is to trust in the terrifying wisdom of our own becomingTanya Lee Markul.
