Stand in our light and thrive

Despacho

As we head into the dark phase of the moon it is time to retreat, that might be a bit silly for many of you as self-isolation already has us here staying at home. However, this retreat is into our hearts, looking deeply as what serves us. For inspiration (if you are able) go out to the night sky and simply look up, really look at the stars as a channel or gateway to the source of a great wealthy mother lode of spiritual assistance. As the stars illuminate our sky they pour their light through us showing us the nature of Light. They ask you to stand in your light.

"The call of destiny is an otherworldly one—it's a force entirely beyond our control." Alberto Villoldo, PhD

We stand at the threshold of the biggest and most momentous shift in the history of humankind. Our planet is breathing deeply, spending valuable time without us swarming all over the place. There is a mutual birthing taking place within the Earth and within us. Now is the time to step forward and consciously participate in our own remembering and reconnection with our natural spiritual nature.

As the new moon shows herself know that this new energy is birthing within our cells, even as we ourselves are birthing into a new consciousness. It is time to end the aspect of separation within us. They remind us that we are here to have a human experience, while at the same time re-awaken to our spiritual nature. It is time to deeply honour ourselves - to open our hearts to patience, compassion and yes … love.

Spend some time in our Pyramid Sacred Altar Room -  immerse yourself into the love of the creator and all the wonderful spirit energy that is there to support us all. Plus don't forget to perform sacred ceremony whilst you are there.

Tips to Remain Centred:

Create a Ceremony

Calming Breath

  1. Take a long, slow breath in through your nose, first filling your lower lungs, then your upper lungs.
  2. Hold your breath for as long as you are comfortable.
  3. Exhale slowly through slightly open lips, while you relax the muscles in your face, jaw, shoulders, and stomach.
NB:Inhaling deeply may not always calm you down. Taking a deep breath in is actually linked to the sympathetic nervous system, which controls the fight-or-flight response. But exhaling is linked to the parasympathetic nervous system, which influences our body’s ability to relax and calm down.

Take Up A Craft

I have taken up knitting again after many many moons. The old needles and bags of wool were rediscovered and I am knitting a jumper for my youngest sons 27th birthday. We were meant to spend it with him, however, global events have taken over!

Wherever you are on this journey at this time be kind to you.

In peace and love
